Completing the following project outline would be helpful but is not necessary. It will give us an idea of what your vision for your home is, what you expect from your design, and what your individual needs and desires are. At our first meeting, we will go over everything in detail so that we can create an outdoor living environment that will be functional and fulfill your aesthetic dreams. It would also be helpful if, at that first meeting, you could provide architectural plans of the home, a site plan with house location on the lot, and HOA guidelines if they apply.
